If I have an issue with my phone and I go through Huawei do they send refurbished phone, a new one, am I without a phone while they work on mine? Anyone know how they handle the manufacture warranty?
The warranty language almost certainly stipulates a refurbished phone. Most electronics warranties get you a refurbished device if a replacement is needed within the warranty period.
As for being without the phone, you may be able to do some kind of "advanced replacement" where you give them a credit card number and they put a hold (not an actual charge) on funds while they wait for the failed device to be returned.
