Does Google back up IMAP Account Data?

So here's what happened. I changed my pin and 6 hrs later, when I rebooted, I realized I forgot the pin. Unfortunately my phone is setup to require the pin on boot up. That prevented me from reseting the pin using Device Manager. I ended up wiping the phone. I wasn't too concerned because I had all backup options turned on (the google ones). When I logged back into the phone, it said there was no backup available. Yet, it found my apps and contacts. I haven't confirmed if all the contacts are in place. My phone settings have not been restored nor have my IMAP accounts. I checked Google Drive and found the latest backup before the wipe listed under 'Other Backups'. However, I can't figure out how to restore from that backup file. It only gives me the option to preview the data which shows me nothing.

Would that file contain my IMAP accounts? If so, how can I restore from that file?
I had 6 IMAP accounts and it's a pain to manually setup them back up.
