CM12 nightlies won't flash in TWRP

I have downloaded 2 different nightlies for CM12 but neither of them will flash in TWRP. Each time there's an error. Has anyone else run into this problem? Do I just need to use a different recovery?

In case anyone is interested, I found out you have to flash a file called 'CM12 Firmware' when coming from KitKat

You have to flash from pc using ADB and sideload method
