how do i stop my ZTE Obsidian phone from optimizing and rebooting 124 apps

my zte obsidian phone keeps rebooting and optiomizing 124 apps and will not stop

Sounds as if something could be corrupted in the ROM. If it recently got an update, bring it to the carrier and ask if they could please reflash the update.

If not, you may have to back everything up (see Backing up an Android Device - everything should always be backed up anyway) and reflash the stock ROM manually.

has ANYONE found out how to resolve this? mine keeps doing the same. I cannot even turn my phone on now because the battery dies from restarting optimizing repeatedly., Also, it changes the number of apps to optimize. 1 time it reads 1 of 9 & the next its 1 of 124 or 1 of 139. no idea why it changes since i cant get it to stay on long enough to delete any apps!
