Roger's SGS II - Wifi and 4G/LTE both connected at same time

Two days ago, I noticed that my wifi and my 4G were both connected. I tried turning wifi off and on again. Tried turning the data off and on. Either will work independently, and also will work at the same time. Although I noticed that when both are connected, only the 4G/LTE is actually sending and receiving data. I tried doing a reset, and it worked fine. I was out all day, and when I got home my phone connected to wifi, and I'm back to square one.

It's a Rogers Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE. (SGH-1727R)
