    Default Using S Pen - hovering over

    I've been playing with my new Note 10.1 and started using the S Pen.
    I also have a Note 2 and when you hover over things with the Pen, it reads it for you, in certain apps.
    This isn't happening with my note 10.1?
    Is it supposed to?
    I have the "Hover Pen Icon" checked in settings...

    That's a jelly bean feature and will be present when we get the 4.1 update.
