N7102 and N7100 Firmware

Hello
I wanted to know if the firmware for the N7100 works in the N7102.
If I root the N7102 can I install the N7100 firmware and everything will work (including the dual SIMs)?

The Chinese (keyboard, apps, etc.) is giving me a VERY big problem.

I would like the N7102 in English with the Google apps (as if it was a Euro/US N7100)

N7100 software will not install on N7102

Found a root that had the google apps Galaxy Note II Dual Sim N7102 - Page 93 - xda-developers
(about half way down that page)

Then went to google playstore and installed English keyboard and dictionary (unfortunately keyboard was not free)

So works beautifully now except for one small issue

When someone calls me it gives a Chinese city (it seems it looks at the number and picks a chinese area code from the number)
It does not know international area codes.

Anyone know which file I replace (and where I get the good one from).
