Note 3 won't turn off when charging

Ok I have looked several times any ideas where I'm missing the setting?

I've never heard of a phone shut off while charging setting...

Unless you mean the screen?

On stock android it's in developer settings (activate by going to settings > about phone and then tapping on the Build Number 7 times) and is called "stay awake" within settings > developer settings. I'd check there or for the TouchWiz equivalent of that. If it's not there, the next place I would check is in settings > display for screen timeout settings.

My galaxy note 3 willl not shut off I tried to delete the app and then reinstall and still would not work does any one know how to fix the problem
