What does message "Unfortunately, internet has stopped." mean?

I am getting this message when I try and bookmark some websites. The Note 3 does not save the bookmark.

The internet is working fine from WiFi and cellular data side. I have tried to clear memory and history but still no luck. Has anyone else run into this?

The browser is probably crashing. Have you tried uninstalling and redownloading the app?
