note 3 bad battery life

Hi guys, my girlfriend's note 3 has had a bad battery life since the day she bought it.
She gets less than 20 hours per charge, and a SOT less than 3 hours, I always thought that was because of the 4.4.2 battery bug, but other people that I know that also have the phone have better battery life

Anyone have an idea of how to fix it

*take in consideration that those 18 hours include like 7 of her sleep hours*

Its kind of hard to say from what you posted. Nothing looks abnormal. Maybe buy a new battery and see if that helps. They are pretty cheap and would be something to rule out

Normal? She unplugs the phone and in 4 minutes is at 98, and the normal battery life is around 15 hours, is that normal??? She's not a heavy user

The battery went from 100 to 5 in 18 hours, that 23 was after a few minutes of charging, and she was sleeping for half of the time

Well from the info you showed no one will be able to help you but try and download battery doctor and get some more in depth stuff will help. My note 3 can get anywhere from 1-2 days

IMO, this should be a no-brainer!
The Note 3, has a removable battery.

When I had my Note 3, I had TWO spare batteries, and always had a least one with me. Never a problem with battery. That is the PURPOSE of having a removable battery.

Ditto for my Note 4, I have two spare batteries, that are only used when I get below 25% and I am not stationary. The swap out is 10 seconds..
