all apps gone even google play services

Hi. I need help. I just updated my os to lolipop and after hours of successful update. All my fiwnloaded app in my internal storage are gone. Even my google play services. I cant even open my play store it keeps exiting. I dont remember anything enabling or disabling any apps. Just remember that my flash at the rear cam was on but when i looked for my torch app its not even on. So i restarted my phone. Then after that the time i noticed everything was gone. But checked my storage my internal is still filled. Also tried dl apps on galaxy app store. But when reboot all of them are gone too. Whats happening to my phone? Do i need to perform factory setting? Please help

Welcome to Android Central! How did you do the system update? Was it pushed over-the-air by your carrier, or did you install it manually after downloading it from the web?

Sadly yes. If that don't work, you have to reflash the firmware via Odin
