i update my samsung galaxy note 3 neo in 4.4 to 5.1 . i no use finger tuch in my phone. only s pen is work .what problm. sovl this

Welcome to Android Central! Does the screen sense any touch from your finger at all? The S Pen works in a different way, so that can still work even if the screen's digitizer is damaged.

Was it an official system update from Samsung over the air, or did you download it from somewhere and manually install it?
