Samsung 50% accessory coupon not available in Canada?

I registered my phone on the Canadian site and didn't receive a coupon email. I then deleted my phone off the list and tried again and no coupon. Tried live chat and the rep said such a thing does not exist. He also said that I get another 3 months of warranty added to the one year for registering... looked at my warranty period and it's still 1 year. Anyone else register on the Canadian site and not get a coupon?

To the best of my knowledge the 50% coupon was only available for US residents and for a limited time (if I register a new unit now, I believe, it won't send the coupon).
