Note 4 half screen defect?

It looks like you may have messed up when repairing the screen. If you need assistance I would suggest contacting a repair shop.

But touch is working ... on both sides ... I have changed very very carefully ... changed it the second time because the screen was smashed again lol ... hmmmm

Touch, pen and image production are different layers of the assembly so it's entirely possible to have issues with one and not the other. First thing I'd check is the cable connection of the display assembly .
