When I got a new e-mail or call I can see it as notification. If I don't click on the notification and don't open it I come across these when I shut down and open my phone again and I find it annoying.
(Swiping right and dismiss the notification won't work I have to click and open the notification not to see these when shut down and reopen the phone. Clicking and opening the notification takes time that e-mail screen opens etc.)

Do you have recommendation to dismiss the notifications easily and not to see the dismissed notifications again?

You're getting the notifications upon reboot because you probably haven't opened the app that gave you the notification.

Example: You get a text message. You swipe the notification away but you don't actually go into your messaging app and read the text. If you reboot your phone, you're going to get a new notification because you still have an unread text.

Only way to stop this from happening is to either open the notifying app or turn off notifications.
