samsung stock email app delete emails automatically after checking

Hi there,

My boss just got a Note 8.0 and Note 3, she had set to check all her email (personal Yahoo, Gmail, Google apps email) from Samsung stock email program, somehow the personal yahoo and Gmail works fine but not the Google Apps email, the Google Apps email are being downloaded to Outlook at the same time as it is for work. All the time, the email that being downloaded to the email app will automatically delete the email after she checked it, there is no way to dig out the email, Outlook will never received the email if the email get downloaded to the Samsung email app, I have checked the settings and both are set to never remove the email from servers.

Anyone out there having same problem? I saw similar problem, but all the solutions does not work for me.
