Are you using the stock browser?

The cause is probably clicking links within websites, and they open a new window/tab.

I never used to get this until a started using ESS File Explorer: it seems every time you open another folder or directory path, you open a new window. Bottom right hand corner is ESS File Explorer has a "Windows" link: tap it, and it will show you all your open file explorer windows. Close the windows you are not using.

I think so too. Why this caused problem? Even I closed all open app except one, I still get this error.

You will have to forgive me....I haven't had a Samsung in quite some time. There should be a way to look at all your tabs/windows, and close them out. Once you do that, you should stop getting the message. I will see if I can flag down a Samsung user to possibly help more.

Is this is the message that you are getting, tap on the "50" on the upper right, then tap on the three dots on the upper right and select close all. If it is another error message then please take a screen shot of the error message that you are getting
