Gnp doesn't respond to touch

Was working fine last night. Charged it over night. Had a hard time turning it on. Now the touch screen including the buttons on bottom only respond to s pen. The home button will not function. Volume controls do not respond so can't put it in boot mode and wipe cache. Never seen anything like this before. Had this when Verizon started carrying them.

Have you already tried rebooting? Are you able to boot into Recovery Mode?

I can reboot, I can also get it into recov ry, but the volume keys do not respond to change to clear cache or anything. Looks like a trip to Verizon this weekend and to see how they will get out of the warranty.
