Apex launcher missed call count

I'm running apex launcher pro and I have set up missed SMS, email, and call count. I have set them up to show on their respective icons. The miss call count does not show up on it's respective icon. Is there something I may have missed? Please help me correct this problem. All others show up. Also is there a good help guide out there for apex launcher?

I don't use it but if I were a betting man I would almost guarantee that if you go into the play store and go to that app there is a link that directs you to the devs site and possibly a faq section. Other than that, maybe it's how the individual apps are setup

Thanks gov I emailed Android does and they sent me a reply to restart apex. That did not work but, I restarted my phone and that did it. Thanks for your reply.
