I can't recover my soft bricked phone (I am a noob - must be said), help ;__; ?

So, I happen to have a Samsung Galaxy S advance i9700. I had rooted it not long ago in the hope of changing my OS. However, I did fail while trying to (like a real noob). And now I have a soft bricked Samsung. I wouldn't have post this if I hadn't tried almost everything I could find. But I actually am out of resources. So I am going to make a list of what is happening :
- Blocked into booting loop
- Can access recovery mode
- Tried installing a ROM (.zip) through external SD card (might not have been a good one though)
- Can't connect to Odin or Flash boot. Edit : I have installed the drivers already.
If anyone had any suggestion I'd be glad to hear it.

Boot into download mode (not recovery mode).

Download the stock ROM from SamMobile Firmwares. Extract the files into Odin. Install the ROM. That will get you back to where the phone was when it came out of the box.

(I think you mean the i9070. Make sure you choose the correct country and/or carrier ROM. Installing the wrong country or carrier ROM will do anything from not allowing the phone to connect to the network to bricking it again.)
