Samsung Galaxy S3 UNKNOWN

Hi everyone.

I've had my gs3 for a couple of years, but recently when I get incoming calls it says "UNKNOWN" and My voicemail is some generic person robot voice thing.

I've called my provider and they said it isnt on their end as I have voicemail and caller-id in my package, so it must be on the phone's end.

Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?

Even with the caller ID if the caller blocks the number you will not see it also if it is coming from a land line it could be and unlisted number by the phone company. It can be listed as Blocked, Private or Unknown.
