No there isn't a way but if you download apps like hide it pro you can hide the photos

Dropbox then Delete :)
there are gallery apps with lockers though or download Smart Applock because its cool.
u can even lock "settings" for kids and thiefs who wana factory reset ;)

jst had a solution.
use MyFiles app that comes with the phone to make a new folder to move the "dodgy" pics to..
download QuickPic gallery app. set Quickpic to only read from the folder you made, use QP to view your "dodgy" pics.
download Smart Applock, dont tel Mrs your pin number

also Quick Pic lets you set which pic to be the album pic. just remembered :)

Media scanning will not search any folder with a file in it named ".nomedia"
This way you can easily get to your files if you know the path but media scanning won't pick it up.

You can create these files with ES Explorer but you have to enable the option to display files starting with "." since they are hidden files.
