NEED HELP Speaker Phone

I had to do a factory reset and now when I make a call or receive a call speaker phone comes on automatically. I have looked at S Voice and turned it off but did not help. What do I need to do?

I don't see any options or settings that would do that. Have you installed any apps that might affect the phone app?
