sim card problems

My sim all the sudden stopped working and it says it's permanently blocked what do I do?? just go get a new sim card???

Yes, that would be my recommendation...time to visit your carrier and have the swap out our SIM.

Post a screenshot. I've never seen or heard that before. Have you been doing any illegal activities?

Or, have you entered an incorrect PIN or password numerous times?

Its basically sim blocked they must have burned a serial number and got the wrong one thats usually what it says when they burn one or burned a stolen phone
