I recently bought a Galaxy S3 I9305, LTE international version that I just rooted and I wanted to know if anyone can suggest a good custom ROM for this device.

There are lots of ROMs out there. You should look in the carrier-specific sub-forum for your phone, and then in the rooting sub-forum beneath that. That way you'll be sure of getting something that's compatible with your phone (all ROMs are not created equal).

CarbonRom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2136840 was a good choice for my Verizon phone but I don't know if there's a version for your carrier since you didn't mention that.

Fine! The device is factory unlocked but the original carrier would SFR. Any other recommendation?
