[AT&T] First time rooter looking for Stock

Hi, I'm thinking about rooting my AT&T Galaxy S4. I'm a "noob" when it comes to anything root-wise. (I have an I337 if that matters?) I would really like to flash a stock android type ROM and I'm not sure how, nor am I sure if I should use Cyanogenmod or something else... If anybody could help, that would be great. Or maybe provide me with a link on how to flash the specific ROM? Any help really is appreciated, and please bear with me if somebody has already asked this.
