Stock Browser Questions?

I was at the Sprint store today and played with the GS4 briefly. I could not find "Quick Controls" in the stock browser, and when I chose the "Full Screen" option the browser went to full screen but the address bar did not go away like on the stock Jellybean browser or the ICS Brower+ (for ICS).

1. Does anyone know if the stock internet browser still has "Quick Controls" and I just missed it?

2. Does anyone know if you choose the "Full Screen" option if there is a way to make the address bar go away?

here's a different question. Is anyone able to sync desktop chrome bookmarks with this stock browser?
There is no option for browser sync in the Google account.I even tried to install the apk bookmark sync that fixed it for galaxy s3 4.1.2 but that didn't work on our 4.2.2
