Contacts added on S4 dont sync with Exchange any more

Hi all,

I never had any problems with my S4 and was particularly surprised how good the Exchange Sync worked - until lately...
Since some time, contacts added to my S4 do not sync to my Outlook. While contacts added in Outlook do sync to the S4. This drives me nuts - what is the reason. I already removed my ActiveSync Account and set it back up. But the error remains...

What can I do?

Are you making sure to select your exchange account when you add the contact? Or is it defaulting back to a phone contact or google contact?

yes! they are marked as exchange contacts. when i reset the exchange account, all those contacts that I added before and had not properly synchronized with outlook were gone
