Blue Led light won't turn off

Hi!

I have already posted my issue but there was no success.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 has solid blue Led light on for several days already and it doesn't changes or turns off. I have tried to check everything and do several things in order to get it back to normal and my phone can react as before. Any ideas what could be the problem and what I have to do?

It was suggested that there might me a trouble with Voice Recorder but I actually could not see any trouble with that. Please help! It is really disturbing.

Have you restarted your phone?? Turn phone off and remove battery try again
