Samsung s4 options for treating a second call

Sometimes when I'm on a call, my phone rings with another caller. I may want to put the first on hold, to check in with the second. Or I may want to send the second caller to voice mail. How do I handle this?

Welcome to Android Central! In general, the screen should show you options for that second caller. If you answer the call, the first caller will be put on hold. When you finish the second call, the first call will come back online (assuming that person didn't hang up already). If you ignore the second caller, then it should go to voicemail.
