My new phone, want to keep UDP, how can I do this?

new phone, want to keep UDP, need step by step

My old phone is a galaxy nexus. new phone is a NIB galaxy S4. I have a UDP. Should I take the new phone in, or can I simply remove the SIM from the old phone and put it in the new?
