Why won't my phone charge?

My phone died, and when I plugged it in the only thing that will happen is the initial "Samsung Galaxy S4" screen flickers on and off. No other indication to show that it works or is charging. I have tried taking the battery out and switching wall outlets. Nothing makes a difference.

Try getting a replacement battery and see if that helps.You can find them relatively cheap online and should solve your problem.
