Why won't my wifi connect?

My Wifi Wont Connect

My Wifi on my Samsung S4 wont connect, it keeps saying 'Authentication error occurred'. I have tried turning wifi and mobile data off and turning airplane mode on then try to connect but that wont work either. and i have triple checked passwords and connecting on the correct network. PLEASE HELP

Hi, do you have any other devices connected to the WiFi?

You might try this:
Open a browser and get into Setup in the router.
Set security encryption to WPA2/AES. Do not use TKIP or AES/TKIP.
On the phone, have it forget the network.
Just to be sure, reboot the phone.
Try connecting again.
