can i remove my glass on my galaxy s4?

my Samsung galaxy s4 got broke by my ex and i cannot afford a screen right now. i need to know if i can remove the glass and just keep my otter box on it. it has a screen protector and i did not know if i could safely do that or not? can i do that?

It's a bad idea to use your phone with no glass. If you don't want to pay to have someone else replace it and you're feeling up to it, you can buy a replacement glass kit on ebay for less than $20 and replace it yourself. Definitely follow a tutorial like the one on ifixit. I followed this tutorial and successfully replaced my screen and it works fine.
