rooting risk

I was wondering if rooting my galaxy could end up bad in any way? I really want ios emojis and the app i use for it has horrible font and it bugs me. So if i just rooted and changed the emojis could this ruin my device in anyway? Keep in mind im unlocked so I can't update anyways

as wrready above said, always backup but I've been using rooted devices for years and no problems. Only thing is make sure you do it right so you don't brick your device, but it seems you're already rooted so nothing to worry about.

Theirs always a risk when messing with an OS. Just make sure you follow steps and you'll be fine.

Advice for anyone, always make sure when rooting you choose a very specific site with your exact model and carrier (at&t,verizon,ect) and exact update, if you still run 4.2-4.4 u surrgest towelroot www.towelroot.com
