Running CM13... tried flashing stock 5.1.1

So Im running 6.0.1 of cm13. I wanted to go back to 5.1.1 stock but when I tried multiple images in odin it was giving me an error.

I downloaded kies and tried using the emergency reocvery but I have no clue on how to get the phone to show up on the screen for that.

1. Which of the 42 Galaxy S5 models do you have?

2. Did you follow best practice and make a nandroid backup of your stock firmware before flashing CM13?

3. Have you tried doing a Factory Data Reset and remove your extSDcard prior to flashing your stock Samsung firmware?

Do you have a custom recovery? If so then reset data and then flash your stock ROM which should hopefully be stored somewhere on your phone.
