Back & Task Manager Touch Buttons Stopped working!!

Please help! I've only had my Samsung Galaxy for about a week and all of a sudden my Back & Task Manager Touch Buttons Stopped working! They light up fine, but you click on them and NOTHING happens. I did a restart and factory reset and still, nothing. I googled everything possible and did what I could and nothing. Most things still work, but now I've clicked on a picture in Facebook and you can't go back from it. There literally is no possible way for me to leave this picture. I can go to others from the comments; but no way back from that. Please help! Should I just get a new phone?!

Welcome to Android Central! If it persists after a factory reset, then you should bring it back to the store and ask for an exchange. Don't wait too long, or else you might miss the window to return it to the store, in which case you'd have to deal with Samsung directly.

Or you will get a refurbished trade in from your carrier.

Thank you! It kept overheating too. So strange. Verizon already sent me a new phone for free! yeaa

I will never buy refurb'd again. The last phone I had always had issues. I'd rather pay the extra now & save the headache later
