photos nit working correctly

Trying a screen shot hope it works..it won't let me share the picture... ughhh
i take a pic and I see it in the little icOn at the bottom. Then when I go to gallery They are grey box with a "crack" like it's broken..
i unmounted the SD card.. tried saving direct to the phone and.nothings working

You already spent too much time. The phone's under warranty. Have the carrier fix or replace it. (Make sure everything you don't want to lose is backed up to the SD card, a computer, somewhere off the phone.) Five minutes top - then it's their problem.
