Why am I unable to ring my phone (Samsung S5)?

Samsung S5 and Android Device Manager ( Phone Locator)

Hi I just installed Device Manager to help locate my devices if ever lost or stolen.

I am able to log in on both my phone, tablet, and chromebook, and see both my phone and my tablet. I was able to ring my tablet successfully from my chromebook. I was able to lock my phone and add a password from my chromebook successfully. I am, however, UNABLE to ring my phone. It says that it is ringing (from the chromebook), and if I touch a button on phone when I do it, theres a notification that says "Android device manager Ringing....." , but there is no audible sound. I have not rooted this phone, and I have no other modifications or apps that effect volume.
Any ideas? I restarted my phone as well, fyi.

I have the same problem with M8 GPe but have no idea how to fix it. - -

Same issue here on a Note 4.
