Why hasn't my home screen clock updated since the clocks went forward?

problem on my s5 since the clocks went forward

when the clocks went forward my locked screen updated but my home screen clock hasent? If I go on time and date it just changes the time on the locked screen so the 2 clocks are an hour different. Any ideas?

Change the time to manual. Restart the phone. Change the time to automatic. Restart the phone. (The time on both screens should be the time on the tower the phone is connected to, unless you have a 3rd party lock screen that uses some other time standard.)
