Why don't my notifications vibrate but the sounds play on my Samsung Galaxy S5?

Vibration problems with Samsung Galaxy S5

I just purchased the S5 and I am a little confused. I have vibrating on for notifications but when I get a notification the sound plays but no vibration. I have a different sound for texting and other notifications. When I get a text I get the vibration but not with any other notification. Vibration intensity is set all the way.

You'll have to check the notifications settings in each individual app.
