Phone: Samsung galaxy s5
Problem: attempting to play a video that was recorded on my phone, only get a message saying "sorry, this video can not be played" no further details

Things I've tried: removing/ reinstalling battery
Removing/reinstalling sd card
Formatting sd card
Two different kinds of media converters
Three different kinds of video players

The only thing I notice about the file is that when I look at the videos details it doesn't say that the video has a duration, and it doesn't give me the video size which I usually have set at 1080p.
It only tells me that the file is 1.94 gbs and when it was created and where it is located.

Did you shoot the video in 4K. If so, you may not be able to play it on the S5. See...
