Has anyone had any success getting adaptive storage to work on the S5 after updating to 6.0? Tried on my sister's phone (she's ALWAYS out of space) and haven't been able to get it to work. I keep on getting null exceptions when I try using the method to get it to work on the S7 and G5.

Not rooted and it wasn't included on the update, I was looking into enabling it via ADB like the S7 and have had no luck so far

yeah, feel kinda silly now that I realized that I'm technically asking for the wrong thing...

As far as your link that's what I tried though sm list-disks returns disk:179,64 and when I try applying the adb commands using that I get an IllegalStateException and a return of "null"

That's too bad it didn't work.

Seriously, it is a real letdown. When this feature was first announced the first thing I thought of was my sister's and friend's GS5s, this would have been a godsend for those phones crippled by too little internal storage (16GB hasn't been enough since the GS3 days). If I can't get it to work it will be a real disappointment, but I guess I can just help them get S7s somehow (at least I know it will work there).
