With the last two updates, why has my S5 started booting up in twice the time (50 secs vs 25)?

It's all in the question above. My S5 used to boot up in 25 seconds, now it takes 50. This started happening two updates ago.

Try first a Cache Partition wipe. Tell us whether that makes a difference.
