S5 bluetooth keeps turning on by itself, how can I stop this?

S5 bluetooth keeps turning on by itself

My S5 bluetooth keeps turning on by itself. it also keeps resetting to being visible to all devices instead of just the ones I have it paired with. Hasn't happened in the previous 18 months that I have had phone but just started in the last 2 weeks.

It is happening to my and my wife's also. I think it is the Mi band fit app. I have been looking for a fix also but no luck yet.

I rarely install anything, but it also started happening to me, after installing an app advertisen on Instagram.
(Pretty Lockscreens or something like that)
It wanted to send some sms messages to strange looking number, and i immediatly uninstalled it.
Messages had 'fail' status fortunetly.

After that, when i unlock my phone, bluetooth turns itself off (like it suddenly notices me unlockimg my phone), but sometimes it fails to detect my action and it stays on.

Just for the record, I never use Bluetooth and it supposed to stay off all the time.

I scanned my phone using Avast antivirus several times, but nothing suspicious was found...

This issue is gone. I am pretty sure it was the Mi band app.
