Got my new phone a few days ago. I have noticed a few times that the phone wont let me pull the notification shade down. The phone is registering touches up there but it wont pull down(I can hit stuff at the very top of the screen no problem or scroll from the top). Fudging with it a few times by turning the screen on and off or waiting a few seconds and boom its fine... Anyone else seen that? ATT version if that matters and have the latest update.
