charging problem galaxy s6

Hi all
My galaxy s6 doesnt charge except in the recovery mode! Any one could help plz?

That is very odd and haven't seen this problem yet. I honestly wasn't aware that the phone would even charge will in recovery mode.

I don't even know where to start to try and fix this. Humm...

If you are still within your return grace period from where you got the phone, then for sure have them swap it out for another unit.

If not, contact Samsung for warranty repair. They may try to troubleshoot with you before sending it in.

For giggles you can try wiping system cache in recovery or a factory reset but I wouldn't hold your breath on that to make a difference.

Is it rooted/Kernel mod/... ? Or stock?
