I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 phone and a Jawbone 2nd Generation. How can I get Jawbone to sync with my phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 phone and a Jawbone 2nd Generation.

my Jawbone will not sync with my telephone last night tech support at Jawbone helped me get it to sync but this morning nothing works again. Has anyone ever had this problem? I can not get it to do a soft or hard reset?

I have a jawbone up 24 and when I turn on my Bluetooth it shows the available devices and if I click on my jawbone it says it fails so I just hit cancel but when I open the up app it automatically connects everytine
