I live in a rural type location in Australia. As such I am on the cusp of 4G coverage. I get one bar only of 4G coverage and it switches between 4G and 3G as a result which is why when I'm at home I usually keep phone on wifi.
Can someone please explain to me why the battery drains in double the time on 4 bars of 3G coverage than it does on only one bar of 4G coverage. Someone once told me it's because the S6 isn't designed for 3G but I don't know if this is accurate or not
