Why are my Galaxy S6 notifications showing even on full screen?

Galaxy S6 notifications showing even on full screen.

When I'm on YouTube watching fullscreen, or a local video stored in memory, watching photos, or even playing a game. Notifications ALWAYS appear in the upper side. You can see there text, sound, plus it vibrates. I think there is something in my pone (I dont know if it is specific-carrier Android related, Claro Perú) but it doesnt really go fullscreen EVER, so it makes notificacionts appear everywhere all the time. Disabling notifications is not a solution as I need them. Do not disturb mode also wont hide the notification from appear, it just stops de sound and the vibration. Please help, this is driving me nuts.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do at the moment, that's the way it is.
I have the same issue on my Galaxy S6 Edge.
